Dr. Sanjay Bajaj

Dr. Sanjay Bajaj brings an illustrious 32-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, research, and business. Holding a degree in Pharmacy, a Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutics as well as Business Administration, and a Ph.D. (Chemical Technology), his academic journey reflects a commitment to excellence.His outstanding academic achievements are underscored by the prestigious IPA Silver Medal, awarded for being the Delhi University Topper in 1989. Currently serving as the CEO of Maira Lifesciences, Dr. Bajaj also holds leadership roles as the CEO and Managing Director of Glostem Private Limited and two other firms. His multifaceted experience encompasses various facets of the pharmaceutical landscape, making him a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of industry intricacies.
Pankaj Mahabaleshwarkar, a post graduate in pharmacy, has a vast experience of 33 years in pharma manufacturing and operations including 18 years of leadership role in various pharma companies in India. He has led teams to build green field projects, achieve regulatory approvals, optimize productivity and had hand held underperforming units to re perform. As the Chief Technical Officer of Maira Life Sciences, he is leading the projects, productivity, product availability and compliance vertical.
